Part-Time Engineering Operations Tech: Applicant must have master control and/or videotape experience. Prefer applicant to have an RTF or related degree, Louth automation knowledge, and excellent computer skills. The EOT will work in master control running a Saturn switcher with Louth automation for two channels and in videotape taking feeds using a Compusat system and from Pathfire. Job duties would include setting up stories, coordinating interviews, writing stories for on-air and online, field producing and editing stories. The News Content Coordinator would work closely to assist producers and assignment editors. Good communication and interpersonal skills are important as the Content Coordinator will be interacting with newsroom employees as well as story contacts. This applicant is required to have a college degree - preferably in communications. Experience as an intern in a TV newsroom and knowledge of Final Cut Pro editing is preferred.
