Mia Gradney is a native Houstonian who returned home in 2000 to launch news on Houston's Channel 39. Currently she anchors 39 News at Nine. When she's not at the anchor desk Mia can usually be found keeping up with the latest lifestyles, trends, and entertainment. She's worked countless red carpets, interviewing the hottest celebrities in showbiz, including: Oscar winners Halle Berry, Jamie Foxx, and Billy Bob Thornton, as well as Johnny Depp and singers Jessica Simpson, Beyonce, and Dierks Bentley. Mia's also taken viewers behind the scenes of the CW's hit shows, visiting the sets of Smallville, Everwood, Reba, and One Tree Hill. She even appeared in an episode of the Gilmore Girls.
