Back in 1991, a young Robert Jeffrey was on vacation with his parents at a boring old casino resort when the ghost of Oscar Wilde swooped in and said, "Let there be a place for children to dance to their favorite songs! Let them create their own music videos which will one day make it to the internet and put productivity to a halt for an entire nation!".

I'm sure there were many videos made that summer, and maybe for many summers after that. But I am convinced none could ever hope to be as choreographically-amazing and lip-synched to perfection as Robert's rendition of "Vogue". Heck, the entire list of people in the credits of Paris is Burning had nothing on this kid.
