We're shining the spotlight on an upscale salon that tailors to men.
Gentlemen's Tonic opened it's first U.S. Location in Houston near the Galleria in August 2008.
The exclusive salon-chain opened it's first location in London before opening a parlor in Houston.
"Houston men are actually according to a lot of our market research very prone to coming in and receiving grooming services." said salon manager Sara Hill. "However, Houston has been lacking in a place where a man can come and feel secure (and) not have to worry about seeing any women."
Hair cuts range from $55 to over $100.
Stylists will travel to clients' workplace or home for private haircuts and other services.
"I constantly come to have my haircut here and i won't use anybody other than Tom to cut my hair." said salon customer Jonathan Sandys.
Business has been good at the Houston location of Gentlemen's Tonic.
Business owners have plans to expand in the U.S.in the near future.
