Thursday morning, Jorge Vargas and Mia Gradney competed in a shopping spree showdown at HEB Plus in Pearland.
With a little over the top stretching and a whole lot of trash talking on who could stock up their baskets with the most food essentials for Boys and Girls Country, Sports Director Jorge Vargas and Anchor Mia Gradney were ready to run.
In the end the winner was Mia, getting $142.39 worth of groceries. Jorge scanned in $100.24.
Fun aside, it put a smile on their faces as they rolled out of HEB knowing this food will help make this holiday season all the more merrier.
