The HoustonPress Music Awards launched Sunday, July 26th.
The Awards Showcase featured 50 local bands, at 10 different Downtown Houston venues including House of Blues, Hard Rock Cafe, and Flying Saucer.
Thursday at Warehouse Live the Winners will be announced for all HoustonPress Music Awards categories including Best Local Musician of the Year, and Best New Act.
Sunday was the last day to vote online, or in person at the Downtown Venues for your favorite Act.
