Other Freeways Impacted by Katy Freeway Expansion

For the past five years the Katy Freeway has been ripped up, traffic has been detoured, and road have been closed. Now the construction is over, and the Texas Department of Transportation says the average rush hour commute can be as much as fifteen minutes faster than it was during the construction phase.
