The incident happened earlier this week at A.W. Jones Elementary. Her second grade son spoke up about the situation telling his mother exactly what happened.

"Upon leaving the restroom stall there was some urine on the floor my son came out the restroom monitor asked him why did you urinate on the floor my son said that was there when I came to the restroom, " said Cecilia Erazo.

The second grader says he told the teacher it was not his urine. He says the teacher insisted so he went back inside to clean it up. He says he did it because he did not want to get in trouble.

Erazo contacted the principal and set-up a meeting.

"She didn't want to let me know on too much detail on how this teacher was going to be reprimanded all she wanted to let me know that they were going to go over proper procedures of handling body fluids," said Erazo.

Erazo feels more action should be taken. She says the fourth-grade teacher should be held accountable for what her son says the teacher made him do.

A spokesperson for Aldine ISD says they are investigating the matter and once the investigation is complete, the district will take appropriate action.
