It's bad enough for a thief to get caught stealing, but then to just flat out lie and make a fool of yourself. That's exactly what Leah Davis did.
Davis was arrested at a Provo, UT mall after she was caught stealing items from a JCPenny store. Her excuse? She said she was the owner of the mall and that she was even a star. She claimed to be the one and only Rudy Huxtable from the popular 80s TV show, "The Cosby Show."
Obviously, police knew she was lying. She was booked on charges of retail theft and criminal trespassing.
She was also booked as our Dumbass of the Day.
