A press release from the Oklahoma Insurance Department about the National Tornado Preparedness Summit looked innocent at first, until it was read thoroughly.
What was a joke for one Oklahoma staff worker ended up being sent to the media by accident.
The email listed awards that would be presented at the summit and the requirements for those awards.
The release stated, "The Insurance Commissioner's Award would be presented to the girl with the biggest ****."

The Oklahoma Insurance Department says the email was not sent through the normal process and they were unaware of the distribution.
