Ever heard the phrase "it's so easy a blind man could do it"?
We have a challenger for you.
Meet blind golfer Bruce Hooper.
Hooper and his wife Judy, who acts as Bruce’s eyes on the course, travel all over the nation competing in various blind golf championships.
Bruce began to lose his sight in 1998 due to a form of macular degeneration.
Bruce and Judy reside in San Antonio; they're in Houston for Sight Into Sound's annual golf tournament and fundraiser.
Bruce makes sure to keep an optimistic outlook for those with disabilities and has competed against sighted golfers before and won...often.
Proof that a disability is what you make of it!
