In this troubling economy, it's no surprise that home foreclosures are on the rise.
RealtyTrac, a realty trend tracking firm, released a list of the worst zip codes in the country for home foreclosures.
Katy placed 65th on that list. Experts say that lack of planning by home buyers and unexpected expenses are the main culprits.
The top five worst zip codes all belong to Las Vegas and California topped the list with a total of 38 out of 100 zip codes.
