HOUSTON, TX—
NewsFix is happy to report: the red light camera saga is officially over.
On Wednesday, Houston City Council members voted to pay $4.8 million to American Traffic Solutions.
The city only has about half of that amount. So, Houstonians need to prepare to help out.
The only thing left is for American Traffic Solutions to actually take the cameras down.
We'll see when that happens.
