The City of Houston recently passed a noise ordinance to try to ease growing neighborhood concerns about noise complaints. However, with Houston's great entertainment scene, it's really no surprise that people who earn a living by using sound can't get behind this new rule.
Representatives from the City of Houston's Administrative and Regulatory affairs met with the 'unhappy parties' to try to find a solution.
