  1. The Broadway Musical Cast of Cats To Visit The Houston SPCA

The Houston SPCA is thrilled to partner with the Hobby Center and Gexa Energy as we welcome the magic of CATS to the space city. CATS will dance their way into the hearts of Houstonians at the Hobby Center from April 12th through the 17th for 8 performances only. Based on T.S. Eliot’s, Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats, this Andrew Lloyd Webber musical is one of the longest running shows in Broadway history and has been performed throughout the world in 20 languages.
Cast members from CATS will visit the Houston SPCA Cattery to help our fancy felines find furever homes during our “Let’s Make a Deal” promotion today at 10am. All Houston SPCA cats over the age of 6 months will have a reduced adoption fee of $5, $10 or $20 dollars throughout the month of April in celebration of CATS coming to town! After falling in love with their new furry friend and being approved for adoption, feline fanciers will have the choice to pick one of three sealed envelopes which will reveal their adoption “deal.” Normal adoption fees for felines range from $45 to $75.
