After the UN nuclear watchdog agency, The International Atomic Energy Agency, was denied all access to the Parchin military base for the second time in two months. The IAEA wants Iran to clarify whether or not the country's nuclear program is focused on generating electricity, or focused on blasting Israel off the face of the map.
